THE FRENCH 512 (one of my personal favorites)
2 ozs Deep Eddy Cranberry or Ruby Red Vodka
Champagne, Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
Pour vodka into a flute glass, top with chilled Champagne, Prosecco or Sparkling Wine. Squeeze lemon twist and drop in for garnish.
THE CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
Cognac - if you’re adventurous
Place sugar cube in chilled flute glass, add 2-3 dashes of bitters and pour in champagne. For a more daring cocktail, add 1/2 oz of cognac. Squeeze lemon twist into glass and drop in a maraschino cherry as garnish. This cocktail is visually appealing with it’s bubbling display.
2 ozs Western Son Blueberry Vodka
Rim stemless wine or highball glass with lemon and dip in dish of sugar. (Use colored sugar for a more visual appeal). Muddle 2-3 blueberries in mixing vessel, add vodka and shake. Strain and pour into glass, top with champagne. Add a few blueberries for garnish.
5 pomegranate seeds
1 ounce pomegranate liqueur
4 oz chilled champagne
Add pomegranate seed to glass. Add liqueur and pour in champagne.

1/4 apricot nectar
1/2 cup champagne
Pour the vodka and nectar into a flute. Top with champagne.
This is also easy to use with just Western Son Apricot Vodka and champagne.
